Privacy Policy (GDPR)

The controller responsible for processing personal data collected on this website is:

Bettina Lansmant Châtelet acts as the data protection contact for Elusia.

2. Data collected

In the course of its activity, Elusia may collect the following data:

  • Identification data: name, first name, email address, phone number;
  • Booking-related data: date and time of booked appointments, appointment history;
  • Payment-related data: only data necessary to confirm payment (Elusia does not collect or store banking data itself, as this is processed directly by Stripe);
  • Data exchanged as part of the coaching engagement (correspondence, session notes), strictly to the extent necessary for the follow-up of the service;
  • Browsing data (cookies), where applicable.

3. Purposes of processing

The data collected is used for the following purposes:

  • Managing bookings and appointments;
  • Performing coaching services (support follow-up);
  • Managing invoicing and payments;
  • Communicating with the Client (confirmations, reminders, exchanges related to the service);
  • Complying with legal and accounting obligations;
  • Where applicable, sending information or content related to Elusia's activity, subject to the Client's consent.

4. Legal basis for processing

The processing carried out is based on:

  • Performance of the contract binding the Client to Elusia (booking, coaching service, payment);
  • The Client's consent, particularly for sending non-essential communications not required for the performance of the contract (where applicable);
  • Compliance with legal obligations (accounting and tax obligations in particular);
  • Elusia's legitimate interest in ensuring the proper functioning of its business (administrative management, website security).

5. Data recipients

Personal data collected is intended exclusively for Bettina Lansmant Châtelet, as part of her Elusia activity. It may be transmitted to the following technical service providers, only to the extent necessary for the performance of their duties:

  • Stripe, for processing online payments;
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram), for advertising and audience measurement purposes, via the Meta Pixel/Dataset, subject to the Client's consent;
  • Google (Google Ads, Google Analytics), for advertising and audience measurement purposes, subject to the Client's consent;
  • The online booking tool used, where applicable;
  • The website host: VPS OVH;
  • Where applicable, the accountant, as part of accounting obligations.

These service providers are required to process data in accordance with applicable regulations and solely for the agreed purposes.

Elusia does not sell or rent its Clients' personal data to third parties.

6. Data retention period

Personal data is retained for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, namely:

  • Data relating to active Clients: for the duration of the business relationship, plus applicable legal limitation periods;
  • Accounting data: in accordance with legal retention obligations (10 years for accounting documents);
  • Commercial prospecting data (where applicable): 3 years from the last contact.

7. Data security

Elusia implements reasonable technical and organisational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data, and to prevent it from being altered, damaged, or accessed by unauthorised third parties.

8. Rights of individuals

In accordance with the GDPR and French data protection law, the Client has the following rights regarding their personal data:

  • Right of access;
  • Right of rectification;
  • Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten");
  • Right to restriction of processing;
  • Right to data portability;
  • Right to object to processing;
  • Right to define directives regarding the fate of their data after death.

The Client also has the right to lodge a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL): www.cnil.fr.

9. Cookies

This website may use technical cookies necessary for its proper functioning, as well as, where applicable, audience measurement and advertising cookies (Meta, Google Ads, Google Analytics). The Client is informed of the use of these cookies upon their first visit and may adjust their preferences at any time via the cookie management banner or their browser settings.

10. Data transfers outside the European Union

Certain technical service providers (notably Stripe, Meta, and Google) may process data outside the European Union. In such cases, these transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards (European Commission standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision), in accordance with the GDPR.

11. Changes to this privacy policy

Elusia reserves the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, in particular to comply with any regulatory or technical developments. The Client is invited to review this page regularly.
